• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not, but at your arrival you will find a welcome basket with all for your first breakfast and some wine from the "Fattoria Spinola" production.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the apartments "Brufa and Mela" there are 2 floors without elevator. The apartment Nido is only on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided for a weekly rate, at extra charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment does have a private "pergola".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the apartment "Brufa" do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have: it is up to the guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a cable Tv in the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is, but only in the apartment Nido.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open from May until September/October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parkig area is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Perugia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Torgiano (1km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are the Spinola's vineyards closeby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Torgiano 1 km and Miralduolo 1,5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  S. Egidio 10 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, but only on request at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Torgiano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Perugia Ponte San Giovanni 6km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, but only in the apartment Nido.
