 In the Fattoria Spinola every first days of January two huge porks that have been breaded during all the summer time with biological food and without chemical products or medicine, are killed and "worked" following the Medieval tradition of Norcia. |
 With Mr. Spinola mixing the salt, pepper and drugs for savouring the meat, an expert "Norcino" operating on the meat with the help of the farm's workers and their wives. For three days the big kitchen is animated with life from early in the morning until late in the evening. Salami, sausages, steaks, ribs, hams, are all made in those days. |
 Meals are prepared in front of a wonderful fire in the huge kitchen, and we eat all together, hosting the agriturismo guests, the tasty pork meat and other products, in a happy and pleasant climate. An outdoor swimming pool is at guests' disposal and it is open from May until September/October, depending on the weather. The staff will be delighted to suggest you the most interesting excursions in the area, to discover the beauty of nature. |

 The farm house is located in the heart of Umbria, a region very rich of artistic places and masterpieces, of cultural events and entertainments, folkloristic fears, antique exhibitions, and many minor local fears. It is possible to have very pleasant walks and bike ride on the Estate, where you can easily meet wild animals such as pheasants, hares, foxes, owls, etc., and its surroundings. At 1 km from the farm house there is the Torgiano's tennis courts, and at about 2 km there is the possibility to organise nice horse riding on the fields of the nearby. At 1 km from the farm, Bettona direction, there is a small lake for fishing. For lovers of sports, two golf clubs situated are in Perugia. Thanks to its position, the farm house is an ideal accommodation, where you can spend a really relaxing and lovely stay, completed immersed in the country. You will have the chance to discover the beauty of nature and with public transports or with your own car, you can reach interesting towns, such as Perugia or Florence. |
