  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our prices are per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service is available for breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill can be settled on arrival. All incidentals will be settled on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ground floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are very quiet. Furthermore, all our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All our rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    There is one non smoking room.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, but not satellite.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All our rooms have air conditioning with seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for it.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    There is no dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We have an internet point in our lobby available for our Guests.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is a swimming pool available at extra cost at the adjacent hotel and it is open from May to October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have a private parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Car rental is available in the centre of Sorrento. Scooter rental is also available a few metres from the B&B.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost at the Reception Desk.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is only 3 minutes walking.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Central Station is only 10 minutes walking.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small dogs are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is no restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, if you bring your own laptop you can get a dial-up connection.
