it was very nice hotel. very good location and view. very clean, neat and people were very nice.
we recomend it and looking forwared to stay at the same hotel next time we go to Assisi.
I did also recomened it to friends.
Note: if you are a jewlery lover there is an interesting jewlery store next ot the hotel which have an excellent collections with very reasonable price.

the history of Hotel Palazzo. The original family is still living in the rest part of the palazzo and we were very excited to meet one of the family memebers.

The hotel was perfectly situated BUT it was halfway up a very steep hill from the carpark so take advantage of the free shuttle bus!

The atmosphere of the hotel was really lovely. We were on the top floor which at the time seemed a struggle until we threw open our shutter windows.MAGNIFICENT!

This hotel is very well located. Staff was very warm and polite. Room was confortable, but they have not clean this room in ages. The floors, under the bed, closet, etc was very dusty.

Our stay at Il Palazzo was delightful. The room was comfortable, the hotel itself charming, an easy breakfast to start the day. A wonderful central location for exploring Unmbria. I've already recommended you to our friends.

Lovely place, full of character and history. In the centre of Assisi but quiet and lovely and roomy accommodation. Great breakfasts in a great breakfast room. So much to do in Assisi too.

I think the maid forgot how to dust. All the furniture in our room was dusty and especially under the bed.. The breakfast was absolutely great! We enjoyed Assisi and where we stayed.

The breakfast room on the web site looks fantastic - in reality, it was small and the food was poor. On the plus side, the internet access is welcome.
I think a lot more could be done with hotel's best feature - the roof top garden.
