• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: anytime.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included and there are 5 different choices.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is not an elevator but there are just two floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Hotel is silent and quiet, also because there are only 11 rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Just one room have a small terrace. In front of the breakfast room there is another bigger terrace where the guests could stay.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Inside the Hotel is no permitted to smoke, but about the room the guests can choose if smoke or not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a television but is not satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In front of the Hotel is permitted to parking for the whole night until 11:00 a.m.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 15 km from the Hotel there is a place where guests can rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The regional airport of Umbria is 15 km far from Assisi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Is about 100 metres from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Is at 2 km From the Hotel and every 30 minutes there is a bus service from Assisi to the station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant close to the Hotel that is property of the Bartocci's Family.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
