• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 11pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included we offer with an extra charge and it is an Italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we do have the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one double room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
