• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and a little bit English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor and we do not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a nice terrace for all guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a television but we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a kitchen where the guests could sometimes all dine together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage but you have to book it and it is at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you with car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Catania 'Fontanarossa' Airport (50km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do and it is at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 400 m from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the station of the local train called Circumetnea at 450 m from the property. From there you can take the train to Catania (45km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can because we have Wireless connection.
