• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. Breakfast is italian buffet style with typical neapolitan pastries.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  All payments are made on check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, Russian and Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three levels: ground, first and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms, with four seasons system.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There's an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property, only for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage nearby the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazza Garibaldi (500 m from the Hotel).

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino airport is 3 Km far from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only by taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Corso Umberto I Bus R2, C55, CS.
  In Via Foria Bus 201.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Piazza Garibaldi (500 m from the Hotel) and Piazza Cavour (150 m from the Hotel).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry there is no fitness center in our property, but we have an agreement with a massage center nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have an agreement with two restaurants near our property one is 100 m far, the other is 500 m far.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
