• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The Rates are per Room per Night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Rates include Continental Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes,the Room bill can be settled at arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks Italian, English and some French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors in the building and most rooms can be reached by elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Hotel face in a not too muche noisy road.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some Rooms have Balcony and sea view, the others only windows with a nice view on the surrounding gardens and Villas.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Not all the Rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All Rooms are non Smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each Room have TV and Sky satellite Channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes the rooms have telephone with a direct dialling function.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All Room and public areas have air conditioning,and there is no extra charges for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The Hotel have no Internet/E-Mail point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The Property have no swimming pool. But it's only 50 mt. from private beach that offer all the facilities for a relaxing holiday.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel do not have a private parking, guests will have the possibility to park the car in the parking spaces around the hotel or in a private guarded carpark 50 mt. from the hotel upon payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request, the hotel staff will be happy to book a car for guests directly at Reception Desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some nice small shops in Sant'Agnello and many more in Sorrento town centre. On Monday and Tuesday customers can visit the local markets, the nearest is only 300 mt. from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The Hotel is located in Sant'Agnello,linked to Sorrento,the sorrento town centre is 1 km. from the property (10 minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is Napoli Capodichino - in Naples-
  45 km. from property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we can organize a pick up from/to airport upon payment.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest local bus stop is just opposite the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest local train station is Sant'Agnello Stazione Circumvesuviana (500 mt. from property). This local train is linked with the main railway station in Naples (Napoli Stazione Piazza Garibaldi).
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is only 50 mt. from property.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There is a little public beach free of charge, but ht other beaches are private and you have to pay an extrra cost for them and their services.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The hotel do not have a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but at the Garden Bar, guests can buy drinks, coffees and light snacks.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
