• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes a wide buffet breakfast, children from 1-3 years eat free and children from 4 to 8 years old have a 50% meal discount.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel consists of two floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have 8 rooms with balcony and sea view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, but there is a TV room with international channels available for our guests.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning but all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but there is an Internet point in the town of Bonassola.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but you have one of the cleanest seas at your disposal!
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have twenty parking spaces available and the car park is free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in La Spezia or Genoa.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are some grocery stores and supermarkets available in the area.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in Bonassola, Levanto and Monterosso are the nearest towns.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Genoa and Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus service in Bonassola.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bonassola is the nearest railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 5 min. walking distance from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is not, but there is a fitness center available in Levanto.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are always welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we can not provide this service at the moment but there is an Internet point in the town of Bonassola.
