• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill of the room can be paid upon arrival, all extra charges and meals upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet, romantic and comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, we do. We jave 2 rooms with private access to a large terrace facing the internal courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we do. We have a room with balcony (lovely view of park and church).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels (English, French and German).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is individually controlled and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. Moreover every room has high speed Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have an indoor Jacuzzi tub.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are many parking spaces in front of the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Arranged by hotel or directly with local car rental companies.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many grocery stores located within short distance to Hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many vineyards in the immediate surroundings and some lovely "wine cellars' in town.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Città della Pieve, a charming, ancient village.
  We are also 8 km far from Chiusi, 25 km from Castiglione del Lago and within 30-45 minutes from Orvieto and Perugia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  San Egido, Perugia airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. Pick-up service can be arranged upon reqest.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is few metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi railway station (8 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gym, Jacuzzi tub and Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are 2 restaurants. Ristorante Zafferano for elegant dining; Pizzeria Pievese for casual dining.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can and there is high speed Internet access.
