• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10.30am, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have six floors with two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some the rooms have it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the 80% of the rooms have it.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV, with the sports channel too.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have it at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. We have internet in rooms and in the pubblic area of the hotel we have wireless system.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but one's in very closed.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Very close to hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Linate airport at 5 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The number 95 the stop is at 50 metre.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rogoredo station 1 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. But we have agreement with a gym at only 400 mt. and a pass cost 5 euro for one day inclusive of swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes all room have the internet access.
