Feels like living in a family run hotel with staff that are a part of that family, the staff are genuine helpful towards you.

The standard rooms were of a very low standard and did not deserve a 3 star status. It was clean but in desperate need of a face lift and some new furniture which was at least 20 years old.
On the second night we upgraded to a superior room which was much better and in my opinion should have been the standard for a 3 star.

It was clean, professional and friendly but the building and 'standard' rooms are old and run down. You need to book a 'superior room'. The location was great because it is right beside the beach and town. The views from the room are wonderful. The breakfast was of a very low standard with little choice and bad coffee.
