 Its pool and wellness center make it perfect even if you don't ski but want a relaxed atmosphere only 15 minutes' walk from the town centre of Livigno (between 7.30 a.m. and 7 p.m. you can also use the handy shuttle service to get there). At the Hotel Parč, you can reach the best ski slopes in a few minutes, with your skis on your feet. In fact, the Mottolino area is really close. |
 You can take the Teola-Pianori Bassi chair lift to immediately get to 2,364 meters. In the Mottolino ski area there is a large black slope, dedicated to the Livigno-based champion, Giorgio Rocca. A real challenge, 1,800 meters long, with a drop of 440 meters and an average sloping grade of 35 per cent. You can also get to great slopes with the Monte della Neve chair lift, a quota 2,685 meters high. |
 Here you can choose from slopes that are as wide as freeways, up to 2 km long and the more demanding Scoiattolo and Nera. To complete the picture, on the Trepalle side there is the biggest and most daring snowboard park of the region with two half-pipes, a boarder-cross and lots of jumps for the acrobatic antics of "snow boarders", a tribe that is growing each year. |
