  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the hotel we have 3 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have a terrace/balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have a terrace/balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all rooms we have television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In all rooms we have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No in the rooms we have no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a swimming pool and it is open every day from 02.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Near the hotel we have a parking and 150 mt far the garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car 900 mt far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Zurigo at 220 Km or Milano at 240 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange the transfert with Taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Livigno Teola, 50 mt. far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano, 80 Km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have Sauna, Solarium UVA and Swimming Pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, unfortunately you cannot.
