By car:
Coming from motor-way A12 - Genova - Livorno; A15 -La Spezia-Parma, take the exit to La Spezia. Then follow the directions to Portovenere. When you reach Portovenere, you have to pay attention, because according to the period you can not enter in the centre of the town. In fact, for those who reach Portovenere by car, there is a bus service every day in July and August, and in holidays between Easter and September which serves the circular one way system between 10.00 am and 08.00 p.m., tickets can be purchased from the driver.
By rail:
Trains for all destinations can be caught from La Spezia central railway station. From there we can arrange a pick up service or if you prefer you can take a bus to Portovenere: the nearest bus stop is only 5 minute walking from the hotel.
By plane:
International Airport "C. Colombo" in Genoa, at about 100 Km: from there we can arrange a pick up service to the hotel.
International Airport "G. Galilei" in Pisa, at about 90 km, as above.
By local transport:
