• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are are per room, per night and theu include Continental buffet breakfast, use of sauna and fitness room, taxes and service charge.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A Continental buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, a prepayment is possible upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff of the Front Desk speak Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Palazzo Lovera has four floors, one lift which connects the underground where the garage is, with all the other floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are really quiet since they have a very good soundproofing. Considering the antiques and the wood fornitures, they offer a romantic, private atmosphere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one room on the forth floor has a terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of Cuneo. Unfortunately there is no courtyard at all in the palace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the rooms on the forth floor. They all have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 30 non smoking rooms on a total of 47 rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all the rooms. International channels are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, telephones with direct dialing are in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available in all rooms, free of charge. The guest can control it directly in the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, at the moment we don't have an Internet point but we offer a Wi-Fi connection in all the hotel, rooms and lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have a swimming pool, but the public sporting centre is just 10 minutes walking distant.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage with video surveillance is available upon payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Cuneo there are several rental companies. Asking at the desk we would be more than pleased to assist the guests in getting a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Levaldigi Cuneo Airport, 20 minutes driving from the hotel. Turin Caselle for International flights, 1 hour and 30 minutes distant.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a hotel complimentary shuttle service but we can arrange pick ups wherever the clients ask us for.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop just in front of the main entrance of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The central railway station is just 5 minutes by car.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a well furnished fitness centre and a Sauna. Our guests can use them without any extra charge, any time of the day.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome. No extra fee is requested.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have 2 restaurants: the informal Bistrot Trattoria and the 1 Michelin starred "Delle Antiche contrade"
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, a ISDN connection is available in all the rooms, as the wi-fi connection.
