• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10.30am, Check Out before 2pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person, and half board.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask for a depost at the moment of the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The whole Hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  Yes, we have parking and garage facilities.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, Bormio organizes a shuttle service from and to the ariport during winter time, please ask for more details.

  Yes, we have the Thermarium, with Sauna, Tropical Rain, Relaxing Massages, Hydromassage Baths, Cold Fog, Turkish Baths, Kneipp Bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
