• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out any time.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are very quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Not all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Not all of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel is entirely non smoking, rooms included.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only 4 rooms on the 4th floor. Other rooms have ceiling fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking and garage (fee).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Salerno.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Maiori.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples at 70 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lungomare Capone at 50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salerno.
• How far away is the beach?
  50 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. Nevertheless, we have a special agreement with 19 restaurants located on the Amalfi Coast (5 of them are situated in Maiori at walking distance from the Hotel) where guests can choose to have their dinners/lunches. Of course this "Restaurant Service" is provided exclusively to those who have chosen a half board or a full board treatment (anyway drinks are not included in the service).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is a dial up connection.
