• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included. It's a Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms on the back side are really quiet, while the sea side rooms are romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Not all of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning. Free of charge
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private garage.

  At the reception.

  Our property is located on Napoli's Riviera and the nearest village is called Pozzuoli.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. There is an extra charge for it.

  S.Lucia.

• How far away is the beach?
  1.5 km ( Posillipo).
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is a private beach.

  Only small pets.
