• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, when you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and three lifts (one of them will bring you directly to the swimming pool).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all the rooms have a terrace overlooking the sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, they are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has the satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephone is available in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is the air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet Point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the hotel has a spacious swimming pool with direct access by lift. The pool is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has the parking at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the reception or in the centre of Amalfi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Supermarkets and shops are just a small stroll from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is located in Amalfi; the other famous villages are nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest one is Salerno.
  
• How far away is the beach?
  The hotel has a large rocky bathing platforms with direct access to the sea. The platforms are equipped with deck-chairs, sun-beds, beach towels and umbrellas.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is public or private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not at the moment.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets in the rooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the Hotel has two restaurants. The "Miramalfi", located in the main building, where are served breakfast and dinner and "l'Angolino", the pool-side restaurant and grill, open for lunch.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
