  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our prices are per person per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All extras will be settled upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Spanish and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The Hotel Minerva has seven floors and four lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are very quiet and really romantic. Most of the rooms have sea-view and some have balcony.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of the rooms have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We do have some non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All our rooms have satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All our rooms have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for that.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We have an internet point available for our Guests at extra cost.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Our Hotel has a swimming pool that is usually open from May to October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We do have a garage available for our guest at extra cost.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Car rental is available at our travel office.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Grocery and supermarket are located at about 250/300 meters from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Sorrento city centre is at 800 meters.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do not have a shuttle bus service from/to the airport. Private transfers from/to the airport can be arranged at extra cost at the Reception Desk.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is at about 10 meters from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Nearest train station is Sorrento city centre.
  • How far away is the beach?
    There is a beach at about 50 meters from the Hotel.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    The beach is private.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome in the Hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the restaurant, etc.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We do have a restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Notebook computers with regular modems can also be used in the rooms, simply connecting the modem with the telephone line. Very soon a Wi-Fi connection will be available in all our rooms.
