• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Hot Buffet Breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is not usual but possible, we will print the definitive bill at your departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The main building have 4 floor. Yes we have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms in the main building are with balcony, and not in the historical Villa Porticciolo.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Junior Suite are with terrace, and the suite are with private garden corner.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We are sorry but we don't have, with pleasure we will do all our best to eliminate any possible unpleasant smell.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are telephones in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the rooms are with air conditioning, included in the rate, and working in spring and summer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open from the 01/07/04 we have a swimming pool with sea water, and we have also a private beach right in front of the hotel with lifeguards and bathing attendants during the summer months (usually May-Sept).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, is a closed parking and we have also a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Santa Margherita Ligure at 300m from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in town at 500 mt. ca.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rapallo at 3 Km. and Portofino at 5 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  35 km (the international airport "Cristoforo Colombo" of Genova).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we may arrange transfer by taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  To Rapallo is at 20 mt. ca.
  To Portofino at 150 mt. ca.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Margherita Portofino 150m away.
• How far away is the beach?
  Right in front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private. The garden leads directly to a spacious and attractive private beach, where umbrellas and deck chairs are available for the use of our Guests, in summer season. At the watering place it is possible to have a sun bed (at an extra charge).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is!
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, with an extra charge. Not at the Restaurant, swimming pool and beach.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
