It was great! They made me feel right at home! ... The entire experience was far superior to anything I have done in Italy or Sicily over a period of ten years. ... The pool overlooks the Ionian Sea and affords a beautiful view of Mount Etna. This is possible only because of the unique location of the Mediterranee and its pool. ... Very comfortable and convenient with a view from every room that is breathtaking.

We took a cab to the hotel from the bus station ....it would be too far to walk with luggage. The bus station is not near the town center. It is a bit of a walk even without luggage. ... The room and bathroom were small, but clean and the room was adequate...the bathroom and shower very small....but the terrace off the room was huge and the view was spectacular....we could see both Mt. Etna and the Bay of Naxos....it was worth having a small room and bathroom, because of that view. ... It is an uphill walk, including steps, to get to the hotel from the main street Corso Umberto. ... Friendly staff and the hotel has the most fabulous view of both Mt. Etna and the Gulf of Naxos, from many of the rooms... Pay extra for the view it is worth it!
