hotel wellcoming the receiption manager was
very helpfull.the hotel is located in the center but it is quiet. actually i already recomended the hotel to a friend who visited the hotel and he was satisfied.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Mavino. The hotel was modern and clean. We were given a beautiful room with a lake view and large balcony, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A small friendly hotel which was modern and always kept clean. The hotel is in a central location on the peninsula of Sirmione making it the perfect spot from which to explore.
I enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

It would have been helpful to know in advance of the draconian rules regulating cars entering the centro storico. If I had not been able to talk to the duty policeman in Italian, it would have been impossible. As it was, we were forced to miss some of our intended sights because of these rules. Had we known in advance, we could have amended our programme.

Free parking was indeed available but at a stiff walk from the hotel - again, we would have liked to know this in advance. Other than car difficulties, the hotel was great and the staff brilliant!! It was not their fault that the Catullus Villa suddenly decided not to open!!!
