• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included. It's a Continental Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests will pay at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quiet Rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv in the rooms and Satellite TV in the commun area.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one internet point in the centre of the town.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a swimming-pool also with water massage. It's open from 8.30 untill 19.00.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking and garage both free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel, we will happy to help you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  20 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Positano is 7 Km form the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On Request to/from Praiano.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just out of the hotel door to Positano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Naples Station.
• How far away is the beach?
  10 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by bus.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the hotel, but there is a gym 500 mt from the property, we also have an agreement with a SPA located 15 Km from us.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Margherita is a wonderful chef, and you can taste her delicious foods.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
