Travellers Reviews

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist checked us in but didn't give us any information in relation to the facilities in the hotel i.e. mealtimes, pool etc. I felt he could have been more helpful. ... I felt that the website did not explain that the pool was across the main road. I also felt it was too much on public view.
The staff in the restaurant were not a bit friendly or helpful. When we arrived for breakfast in the mornings they did not greet us or see us to a table. We had to find one ourselves. Also most mornings we had to get our own tea and coffee. ... We had to check out and finalise the bill the night prior to our departure as we were leaving at 6.30am on Saturday morning. The staff were helpful in that they made sure there was breakfast ready for us in the restaurant. ... I felt the overall service at the hotel was not very good at all. For example on the sun terrace there were never any staff available to contact either for drinks, advice etc. ... This is a hotel for people who would like to have a rest and not be disturbed.

The hotel was very nice as was the staff. Great location, especially since it was close to the train station and I had no car.
