• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our American breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Besides Italian we speak English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet, romantic and overlook Lake Maggiore.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not. They have a private balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking and garage free of charge available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is at 200 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Stresa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa airport (60 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, there is a private shuttle service called "Alibus" running from Malpensa airport to Stresa every day. The transfer takes about 1 hour.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at approx. 150 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stresa railway station (500 metres).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is. On the top floor of the hotel we have a pool, hammam and Jacuzzi pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small and well-behaved are welcome but not in the restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it is open for lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
