The hotel is located 80 km east of Palermo in one the prettiest bays that you can find at Sicily's north coast. You can reach Cefalù's historic center on foot in only 20 minutes by a nice path. Near the hotel, you can find many shops and restaurants or pizzerie. Banks and chemists are also available if you wish. |
By Plane
Sicily's major airports are Palermo Punta Raisi or Catania Fontanarossa. Most European carriers fly to Catania. Our service: we pick you up at the airport with our own comfortable equipped coach. Although you may never want to leave, we will take you back in plenty of time to make your return flight as well! If you prefer a rental car from us directly at the airport, you will find it there waiting for you on request. Our rental contracts include full coverage for both liability and collision with no deductibles. If you arrive at Palermo airport, you might also take the train which is easy to do and inexpensive. You have to take the train from the airport to central station is Palermo and then the train to Cefalù. From there, you can easily reach the hotel with a short taxi ride.
By Boat
Palermo's port will be your first destination if you take the ferry to Sicily. Here there are various possibilities to reach us. There, you will take the ferry which provides an extremely comfortably equipped trip although the crossing will take 20 hours.
By Car
Coming from Palermo: you will take the motorway A 20 in direction of Messina and will take the exit Cefalù Ovest. Follow the signs for the centre and then cross the centre and follow the directions to the hotel.
Coming from Messina: first, you will take the motorway A 20 in direction of Messina. As the motorway is not finished completely you will have to take the last possible exit on the road SS 113 to Cefalù. You will find Hotel Kalura located on the right before you enter the town of Cefalù. You will not miss your destination as you will see the hotel from far due to its incomparable location. You will also find a large sign, so it is impossible to get lost! |
