  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our international hotel staff speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and we do have 2 lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are family and private rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, they do have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is and there are several national and international TV channels, and 6 satellite TV channels (SKY TV) free of charge for our guests in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Tes, there is a seasonal climate control and there is an extra charge for that.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do have an Internet point in our lobby available for our guests at an extra charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes there is a pool, open from 15/03 to 15/11 every year.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A private garage is available at no extra cost.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Car rental is available directly at the hotel.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There are at 1,5 km from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Cefalù, only 1,5 km away.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Palermo 99 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do have a pick up service at an extra charge.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    100 mt from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Cefalù, 2 km.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The hotel is directly on the beach, but there are 98 steps.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    A privite beach is available.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not, but there is a fitness center at only 500 meters.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small dogs (max. 5 kilos) are welcome in the hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not at the moment.
