All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Small dogs (max. 5 kilos) are welcome in the hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
