• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room. Rates includes VAT, service charges and buffet-breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors. Yes, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the rooms overlooking the lake.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of the rooms do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have Satellite Tv with 4 English channels, 4 German channels and 8 italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not but the rooms are very airy.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In front of the hotel there is a public paying parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Stresa there is an Avis office.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 50 meters far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the centre of Stresa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa Airport, 35 km far from Stresa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, there is a private shuttle that runs 5 times a day from Malpensa airport to Lake Maggiore. It must be booked in advance.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stresa railway station is at 1 Km far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is full of fine restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
