• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  On request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Any floors only one and some steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes are with view over the ocean and we have also the superior room, suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Terrace no private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes is extra charge or ask if is included on the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes starting Easter or may.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes about 100 metres from the property, no private.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is not possible to rent a car on Capri Island.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes about 500 metres from the hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  100 mt.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Anacapri.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Napoli about 3 hours Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes extra charge on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Terminal.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Napoli and is about 3 hours from where we are.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Next year. (2005)
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No snack bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
