• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast, taxes and service always included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are romantic, but, for a very special stay, we suggest you to book the Junior Suite with a private roof garden!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have a little balcony. Only the two Junior Suites on the roof-top have a private roof garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, every room has a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are 2 telephone with direct dialling, one in the room, the other in the bathroom.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it is seasonal. Free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At about 400 meters from the hotel there is a private garage. We have a special agreemet (you have to pay directly at the garage).
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is at about 400 metres. Ask at the reception desk, they will help you!
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are several bus stop nearby: Piazza Trieste e Trento, Via Medina, Piazza Salvo D'Acquisto and Piazza del Municipio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request, only small and quiet pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, with an extra charge.
