• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our hearty buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet and romantic, especially those overlooking the lake.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not. Most of the rooms do have a private balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with some international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, spacious and safe parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are no grocery stores in the surroundings. The nearest grocery store is at 2 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is located in Ghiffa, a small village between Verbania and Cannero.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa Airport(80 Km.)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not. From Milano Malpensa airport there is a private shuttle service called "Alibus" that our guests can book in advance.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus-stop 100 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Verbania, 12 km far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it is open at lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can surf the Internet from some of our rooms.
