• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, and we propose a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Almost all of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Almost all have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but there are no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no need.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, unfortunately we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private free car park, and a garage for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We will be glad to help you with that.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orio al Serio and Milan.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize it on request. However there are buses leaving from the airports and arriving in Santa Caterina directly. Please contact us for more details.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The second bus stoop in Santa Caterina, 50 meters far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, all of them.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, and we have a terrace to eat outside.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is possible throught the telephone plug.
