STAFF VERY HELPFUL IN RECOMMENDING RESTAURANTS ETC AND PROVIDING INFO ON BUS/TRAIN TIMETABLES. ROOMS VERY CLEAN. LOVELY BREAKFAST. POOL AREA CLEAN AND TIDY.

A LOVELY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY HOTEL WHICH IS SITUATED A 20 MIN WALK AWAY FROM THE CENTRE OF SORRENTO WITH A GREAT OUTDOOR POOL.

We were picked up by car at Naples airport and taken to and from the hotel. The service both ways was excellent.

The only problem was that there were a lot of Americans from the hotel next door who took over and dominated the pool area. They even took someone's towel from a sunbed while they were having lunch. It isn't really anything that the hotel could help but it did get on our nerves when we wanted to relax and have peace and quiet..

An excellent hotel about 20 minutes walk from the main square. Very friendly staff, especially the lady on reception. Lovely pool area with refreshments. We would definitely return.

I found all the staff extemely helpful and welcoming, they were very friendly towards everyone. First thing in the morning or last thing at night they always had a smile.
They room was kept lovely and clean . It was a very pleasent stay

The people at the reception were always friendly and helpful. It was great that we were able to plan our tour of Vesuvious and Pompei through the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, however, we were put between a family which had 2 rooms. The hotel should have arranged for the families to be beside eachother, as we had the kids from the rooms on either side of us running back and forth over our terrace and knocking on each other's doors until late in the evening. It would have ben better if these rooms were booked beside eachother so that they would not disturb other guests in the hotel.

The staff was efficient in checking us out and ensured the exact change was given (to the dime!!) They were kind and called a taxt to get us back to the bus station.

The pool hours could have been published. It would be nice if the pool was open later in the day. It closed at 6 pm each evening, and it would have been nice to have a cocktail by the pool in the evening.

I would say that the accommodations were clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definately recommend your hotel to a friend.
