• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is daily per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included and it is American Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If you like yes, but is not compulsory.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors , and we have a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have some quite, private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All our rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have a TV in the rooms with Satellite international channels as well as a SKY Pay TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes all or rooms are with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are with air conditioning, no extra charge
  for it, available from the 15.05 to the 15.09 every year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a Internet point as well as a Wi-Fi point at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a Swimming pool and it is open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. and from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a parking available free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a grocery store just next to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is situated in Sorrento at about 400 meters from the city center.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino is the nearest airport
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pickup service from to the airport for a charge.
  There is also a public shuttle service from the airport for a charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Circumvesuviana local bus stop is only 50 meters distance
  Sita bus stop to Amalfi coats is situated at 500 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento railway station is situated 700 meters far away.
• How far away is the beach?
  The nearest beach is 800 mt far, 10 minutes walking distance.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both, private and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Guest can use a fitness center nearby by using an internal
  private access.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. We don't serve meals, only American buffet breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible to have Internet connection from your room.
