- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All rates are per person, per night. In some cases, our special offers are priced per room, but it will be specifically mentioned in the offer. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our prices are based on Bed & Breakfast basis or on Half board basis (Room + Breakfast + Dinner). Breakfast is a Continental buffet breakfast with regional products and homemade pies. Full board is also available with a supplement. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle your bill on arrival, but normally it is done in the the evening of the day before departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, German and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors in the building and all rooms can be reached by elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The majority of our rooms are quiet. On request, we can assign quieter rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The rooms do not have terraces or courtyards, but the Hotel offers a nice terrace with view on the ski slopes and a small park. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
There are only four rooms without a balcony. All the other rooms are with balcony and in many cases it is shared with another room. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No,we do not have non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, all our rooms have a TV. There are also some international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, the telephone in the rooms have a direct dialling function. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is no air conditioning in our rooms. We have a central heating system. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Not at the moment, but for the next winter season all the rooms will have an internet connection on request. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, we do not have a swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a private Hotel garage and a large parking area on the both sides of the Hotel. - Where can we rent a car?
At Livigno there is a rental place. - Which is the nearest airport?
Bergamo in Italy or Zurich in Switzerland. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We do not have a pickup service from the airport, but we can organize a taxi to meet you at the airport and to take you back. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
For the free of charge, inside Livigno bus-service, there are bus-stops on both side of the hotel. For the bus connecting Livigno to Bormio the nearest bus stop is at 100 mt. by the San Rocco church. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Tirano, 60 km away, in Italy or Zernez, 20 km way, in Switzerland. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is a fitness centre on the property with sauna, Turkish bath, 2 whirlpool tubs, sun lamps and gym. Massages can be booked upon request. The use of Sauna, Turkish bath and gym are included in our prices. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome, if they do not disturbe and are used to live indoor. There are no charges but food of facilities are not provided. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
On the Hotel premises you will find "Il Cenacolo", our gourmet restaurant. The restaurant is also open to public. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, it can be done.
