• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and a bit of Russian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, are quiet and romantic. For romantic escapes we suggest our deluxe rooms with sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our deluxe rooms do have a balcony overlooking the sea.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet Point with free Internet access for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery stores are at approx. 600 meters far from us.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lerici (600 meters).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport is at approx. 70 km whilst Genoa at 110.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest but stop is at 200 m far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Sarzana" but the railway station of "La Spezia" is better connected with the main Italian cities.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 300 metres and can be reached taking our steps (100 steps- average time: 10 min.)
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is not a fitness centre but a gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is. It is open especially for business lunches, events and meetings. In case of individual bookings guests could be required to eat at the restaurant of the sister hotel called "Doria Park Hotel" (50 meters).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer wireless Internet access throughout the hotel.
