• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has 3 floors and a guest lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  On request we have very romantic rooms with lake view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we have 2 family rooms and 2 single rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels, free of charge for our guests in all rooms.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point in our lobby available for our guests for free.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking available for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available in Desenzano, it is possible have a car in hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at about 3 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sirmione.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Verona airport at about 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.

  Desenzano at 100 mt from hotel.
