  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per day.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The price includes continental buffet breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can pay the room bill on arrival and the extras daily or settle the entire due amount at the departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The reception staff speak English, French and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    In the building there are 5 floors and one lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the rooms are quiet. The ones on the front, facing the garden, are brighter and the rooms located on the other side face a building so are still quite but not as private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, the rooms facing the garden have small French balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we don't.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the rooms are provided with TV and have international channels such as BBC, CNN, RTL and one French channel.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Direct dial telephone in every room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, at no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do and it costs 3,00 Euro for 30 minutes.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes there is and it is open from May to the beginning of October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Our free private car park is in front of the Hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At our reception desk and outside the hotel you can choose between several.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is a little supermarket just behind the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Sant'Agnello is the nearest one.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Naples Capodichino.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    In the main square of Sorento, 100 m from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The local train station of Circumvesuviana company connecting Naples to Sorrento and it's 150 m from the hotel.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is only 300 metres from the hotel.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    It is mostly private.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a private restaurant which is also very popular with non-guests: "Villa Rubinacci" is under the same management as the hotel, so our guests can benefit from a 5% discount and no service charge.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    You can connect your modem and surf the internet from your room.
