 Hotel Du Parc is located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Stresa (200 meters), famous holiday resort on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Within walking distance to the hotel there is the pedestrian area of Stresa with its enchanting square, popular meeting place for inhabitants and tourist alike. In this area our guests will find many dining facilities, typical shops, newsagents, chemist, banks, tobacconist and useful services. Beside the pedestrian area there is the boarding stage for the Borromean Islands and the tourist information office. The railway line runs nearby the hotel. |

Coming by plane:
- The nearest airport is "Milan Malpensa" (45 km). Once there you can reach the hotel taking the private shuttle service called "Alibus" which runs every 3 hours 7 days a week. Please note that the service must be booked in advance and the journey takes approx. 1 hour. The bus stops at the tourist information office. Once there you can reach the hotel taking the main street leading to the historical centre (pedestrian area) up to the end. You will find Hotel du Parc in front of you.
- If you reach Hotel du Parc by car from Malpensa airport take the "A26" highway in direction "Gravellona Toce" , exit at "Carpugnino" and then continue in direction "Lake Maggiore-Stresa". After 4 km entering the town you will find the hotel on the left hand-side. Enter the gate and you will find a spacious parking.
Coming by train:
Stresa railway station is well connected with Milan, Geneva and Paris. The railway station is at approx. 600 far from the hotel. Once at the railway station you can catch a taxi or reach the hotel on foot. At the exit of the railway station turn right and walk for approx. 600 metres. You will find Hotel du Parc on the right hand-side.
Coming by car:
From Milan take take A8 Highway "Laghi-Sesto Calende-Varese" direction, then take the A26 highway towards "Gravellona Toce" and exit at "Carpugnino". After 4 km entering the town you will find the hotel on the left hand-side. Enter the gate and you will find a spacious parking. |
