My stay at the Hotel Du Lac was fantastic and really made my trip to Bellagio all the more special. I would highly recommend this hotel the food and service was second to none.

superb room with lake views, ask for room 42, great.

great for an adult weekend break, Bellagio is a very pretty place.
not so much to do for children, if visiting from UK you would need at least 3 nights as it is a bit of a trek from the airport (1.5 hours from Orio al Serio airport)

Helpful bright, receptionist and assistant who helped bring in our bags. Also clear instructions given regarding parking of our car.

Good breakfast with lovely waiting staff.
Happy Hour for cocktails 2 for the price of 1 was offered between 6 & 7 pm. We were
charged full price then challenged even though we had clearly been there before 7 p.m. (time printed on the bill)and our word. Reason given - their clock was wrong!
3 members of staff to sort this out fortunately in our favour, but we shouldn't have had to argue.

When stating that customers have use of sports club at sister hotel it should be pointed out that the club is open to the public. Also during our 3 hours there there were two school parties, who arrived to use the pool and sit in the same areas as guests. Not very relaxing.

Not cheap but very good position on the lake and close to all ameneties.
