• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room for 2 persons per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a Breakfast buffet with natural food corner and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the client can pay the bill every day that stay in Hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the bulding are there 3 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantinc.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes normally all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each room we have a TV with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each rooms we have a telephone with directly dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We are in the Mountain and air conditioning is not necessary.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in each room they can connect directly.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, in Hotel we have not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, near the Hotel we have a big parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The clients can rent a car directly in livigno at 900,00 mt of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Zurigo at 220 Km or Milano at 240 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange the transfert with Taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Livigno - Scuola Sic Fondo at 50 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano at 80 Km ot Zernez (Svizzera) at 230 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a wellness centre with sauna, steam bath, Solarium UVA, whirpoool and the possibility to make a massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small ones, and for an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have 2 restaurant directly in Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in each room they can connect directly.
