From 01/05/ to 31/10 the cancellation by 16 days prior of the arrival not involved a charge penality. From 01/11 to the30/04 the cancellation by 30 days not involved a charge penality. From 30 up to 8 days :30% of the entire stay .From 7 up to 4 days: 60% of the entire stay.From 3 up to 1 days: 90% of the entire stay. In case of no-show the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.In case of early departure or late arrival the amount of the entire booked reservation will.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
