All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 1pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

The Hotel is in Sestri Levante, and the nearest towns are Lavagna, Chiavari and Riva Trigoso. - Which is the nearest airport?

No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
At 2 meters from the hotel there is a bus stop. It is for urban lines (Riva Trigoso-Sestri Levante-Chiavari) and for the Autostradale, a bus that goes directly to Milan and Bergamo. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Sestri Levante, it is at 400 meters from the Hotel. - How far away is the beach?
The Hotel is in front of the promenade on the seaside. - Is the beach private or public?
Both. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
