• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes it is included, full American breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors, we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  More than 90% of them with sea view and terrace and 15 units with private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes most of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning in the rooms. No charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes and it is open from March until November.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Through the concierge.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are near the hotel, because we are located in the centre of Ravello.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is in Ravello and the next town is Amalfi 7km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples International Airport (Capodichino) is approximately 65 km from the hotel. (50 min drive)
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have transfers only on request to and from the airport, at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ravello or Amalfi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Napoli central station.
• How far away is the beach?
  5 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is.

  Yes but only small size and not in public areas.
