• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our Hotel Reception Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has three floors and one lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Mostly of our rooms are quiet.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All our double rooms have small private balcony.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. Our Hotel has only non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have several channels, including satellite TV channels free of charge for our guests.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is an ample parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available in Verbania, our helpful reception staff can help you with the rent. Scooter rental is also available a few metres from the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Supermarkets are in town, 1.5 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cannobio is at 1.5 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Milano Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfers to the international airports of Milano Linate and Milano Malpensa can be arranged at extra cost from the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Verbania-Fondotoce is only 30 km from our Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs are welcome in the Hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room and so on.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. We serve only breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
