All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 14am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 9 floor and 3 elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are all soundproof and private. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some rooms do. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. We have 2 Internet workstations at the lobby and wireless connection in the common areas. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a parking available nearby. - Where can we rent a car?
Both Milan airports. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Milano Linate. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is opposite the hotel (line n. 54). - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is "Cadorna" for the Northern Lines, "Milano Centrale" for all the other trains.
- Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, but only small pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can. Our Superior rooms have 2 lines and free ADSL access whilst the standard have ADSL access but not included in the price.
