• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can, but all extras will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are ten floors and we do have five lifts located in different buildings.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very quiet and romantic rooms and 90% of them have fantastic sea-view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have some non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditiong in all our rooms at not extra cost from second half of May to September.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool that is usually open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available at our travel office.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery and supermarkets are located at about 300 metres.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sorrento city centre is at about 500 metres distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nearest airport is Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a shuttle bus service from and to the airport. Private transfer are available at the reception at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearest bus stop is at 20 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nearest railway station is in Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  There is a beach at 50 metres.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do offer to our guest Gym, Jacuzzi and Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs are welcome in the rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the restaurants, ecc..
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do have 2 restaurants at the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Notebook computers with regular modems can also be used from some rooms of the hotel. Simply connecting the modem with the telephone line of the hotel.
